Jorge Sena joined Knight Frank in 2018 as Commercial Director, with responsibility for the areas of Capital Markets (offices, retail and logistics), Retail Management and Leasing and Offices Management. With more than 20 years of experience in the sector, Jorge's career includes an extensive stage at JLL, where he was a member of the Steering Committee in Spain and director of Assessments, Consulting and Capital Markets. Jorge has been involved in valuing portfolios for listed companies, IPOs and bank financing, in consultancy in Urban Regeneration projects such as Bilbao Abandoibarra and Puerto de Santander, as well as in corporate strategy processes, among which the definition and execution of the headquarters of Abengoa in Seville. As Investment Director, he has been in charge of mandates for the sale of portfolios and individual assets, both in portfolios of banks and offices and shopping centers, interacting with the main owners and investors of the Spanish market. Subsequently, he has been involved in the process of advising on the acquisition of portfolios of financial entities and real estate companies carried out by the major players in the market, highlighting in particular his stage in Cerberus. Before joining Knight Frank, he was CEO of Corestate Capital, participating in the development of Torre Caleido in Madrid and structuring the acquisition, development and operation of its Student Housing and PRS platform.
