Nicholas joined Knight Frank Australia in 2015, commencing a valuation traineeship prior to becoming a licensed valuer in 2017, completing valuation and consultancy tasks across a range of commercial property asset classes. In July 2018, Nicholas transferred into the Research & Consulting division, drawing upon his experience at the asset level to complement wider market analysis to provide advice for internal and external clients, as well as authoring regular market reports. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Property Valuation & Development) with Distinction from Curtin University, and is an Associate of the Australian Property Institute (AAPI).
