Raúl Vicente heads up the Office Agency area in Madrid since 2006. He joined Knight Frank in 2004 in the office department.
Raúl specialises in leasing, development consultancy, lease advisory and tenant representation instructions. He has a key role in negotiating new leasings and managing and optimising office real estate portfolios.
His main clients are Mutua Madrileña, Colonial, Metrovacesa, Mapfre and bespoke companies such as IBM, Bureau Veritas, Siemens, Huawei, Codere, Deloitte, CNMV and ICEX, among others.
