Azca is one of Madrid's key economic hubs, attracting numerous foreign businesses that set up their Spanish headquarters here. There are large names like Google, EY, and Deloitte here, as well as some of the most well-known Spanish enterprises like Pontegadea Inmobiliaria.

As a result of its proximity to Nuevos Ministerios Station, the area benefits from a central location and strong public transportation links by means of metro or suburban trains. Azca also contains some of the most prominent office buildings in Madrid, including Torre Europa and Torre Picasso, the latter of which was designed by Minoru Yamasaki, the same architect who designed the World Trade Center.

This development is situated between the streets of Raimundo Fernández Villaverde, Orense, General Perón, and Paseo de la Castellana, and offers an abundance of retail services as well as transportation links. The Santiago Bernabeau Stadium, home of Real Madrid Football Club, and the famous luxury department store, El Corte Inglés, are a stone’s throw away.

Azca is currently undergoing transformation as a result of the Renazca project, a private investment project initiated by building owners in the area in partnership with the Madrid City Council that will provide considerable improvements to the area. Among the most notable additions to the Renazca project is the green meadow or central green, which will be installed in the complex's centre and will host outdoor events and activities for up to 10,000 people. To merely name a few amenities, the area will include a coworking space, an outdoor library, playgrounds, a farmer's market, and a greenhouse.
