The five towers that comprise this prime office district are found at the very top of Paseo de la Castellana, which is one of the main thoroughfares of Madrid.
These towers are amongst the tallest in Spain and some of the tallest skyscrapers in Europe. They consist of Torre Cristal (249 meters), Torre Cepsa (248.5 meters), Torre PwC (236 meters), Torre Emperador Castellana (224 meters) and Torre Caleido (181 meters), with the latter joining the Cuatro Torres Business Area (CTBA) in 2021.
The towers are mainly home to prime offices but here you will also find luxury hotels with breathtaking views and a variety of international embassies. Many large multinational businesses have chosen to occupy this area such as PwC, KPMG and Audi, as well as prominent Spanish companies such as Cepsa.
The area benefits from outstanding metro and bus links as well as being located right next to the transport hub of Chamartín Station which offers ultra-fast rail links throughout Spain and beyond.
In addition to the towers, there are green open spaces and an abundance of restaurants and services thanks to the establishment of a new luxury shopping complex.
